Right of return (voluntary)

We want you to be satisfied with our products. You can return unopened and undamaged products to us at your own expense within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us by e-mail at hello@alpinols.ch before returning the product to coordinate the return.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used to place the order. A cash refund is excluded. The shipping costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.

This right of return exists in addition to the statutory warranty claims under Swiss law.

Please ensure that the goods are adequately protected in their packaging. Damage or missing parts may result in a reduction of the refund.
