1 Scope of application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all contracts that consumers or entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as "customer") conclude with Partners Beyond SA, Avenue des Boveresses 44, 1010 Lausanne, Switzerland, e-mail: hello@alpinols.ch (hereinafter referred to as "seller") via the online store www.alpinols.ch.
1.2 Sales are made to customers resident in Switzerland. Delivery is made from a warehouse in Switzerland.
1.3 Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless they have been expressly agreed in writing.
2 Conclusion of contract
2.1 The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
2.2 By sending the order via the online order form, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
2.3 The contract is concluded as soon as the seller accepts the offer - either by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by dispatching the goods.
2.4 The contract is concluded in German. Orders are processed and communication takes place by e-mail.
2.5 Orders can only be placed by persons who are at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she fulfills the above conditions.
3. Prices and terms of payment
3.1 All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax (VAT).
3.2 The available payment methods (e.g. credit card (Visa & Mastercard), PostFinance, invoice, prepayment) are displayed in the order process.
3.3 In the case of payment on account, the amount is due without deduction within 14 days of the invoice date. The seller reserves the right to carry out a credit check and may exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
4. Delivery and shipping
4.1 Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland.
4.2 Shipments are made from a warehouse in Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days.
4.3 Shipping is free of charge, unless otherwise stated on the website.
4.4 If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address details or refusal to accept delivery, the customer shall bear the resulting costs.
5 Right of return (voluntary)
5.1 We want you to be satisfied with our products. You can return unopened and undamaged products to us at your own expense within 14 days of receipt.
5.2 Please contact us by email at hello@alpinols.ch to coordinate the return.
5.3 Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the same means of payment that you used to place the order.
5.4 This right of return exists in addition to the statutory warranty claims in accordance with section 6.
6. Warranty
6.1 The statutory warranty according to Art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) applies.
6.2 Complaints due to defects must be sent to hello@alpinols.ch within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the goods.
6.3 The seller may, at his own discretion, deliver a replacement, refund the purchase price or rectify the defect.
7. Vouchers and discounts
7.1 Promotional and discount vouchers can only be redeemed during the specified period and in accordance with the respective conditions.
7.2 Gift vouchers are valid until the end of the third year after the date of purchase.
7.3 Cash payment is excluded.
8 Liability
8.1 The seller is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
8.2 No liability is accepted for slight negligence, indirect damage or consequential damage (e.g. loss of profit).
9. Data protection
The protection of your data is important to us. Personal data is processed in accordance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
10.1 Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
10.2 For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is the customer's place of residence . For entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the seller (Lausanne, Switzerland).
